Thanks to you folks, our first annual adoption day was a huge success. Over 2,000 guests came and 65 pets found wonderful homes. We also raised $1,500 for Pet Connection. Delicious food was served all day, compliments of Bountiful Bread and Creo restaurants.
The grand prize was awarded to a lucky winner entitling them to a day at News10 Pet Connection and dinner with Steve Caporizzo provided by Central Steak!
Along with lunch, there were raffle prizes and free gifts. For those people adopting pets, we provided a complimentary canvas tote bag full of pet related items and a certificate for $75 in free veterinary health care to offset their adoption fee. Everyone enjoyed their free portrait by Pat Becker and caricature created by Natalie J Tal.
